Terms of Use

Nature of the site

This is an independent review publication. We describe online casinos, test what is publicly visible and share our view. We do not offer games, accept money or process payouts, and we cannot open, close or fix a casino account on your behalf.

Age and local law

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Online gambling rules differ between countries and between Australian states and territories, and they change. It is your job to check what is lawful where you live before you register anywhere.

A review of a casino on this site is not a statement that the casino may lawfully serve you.

Accuracy of information

We work from the operator's public pages and details available at the time of writing. Bonuses, limits, payment options and licence information can change without notice. Treat what you read here as a starting point and confirm important points on the operator's own site and in its terms.

Where the operator does not publish a figure, we say so rather than guess. If you spot an error, tell us and we will check it.

Opinions and ratings

Scores and verdicts are the author's judgement on the day of review. They are not guarantees of how the casino will treat you, and another reviewer could weigh the same facts differently.

Referral links

Some links on this site go to operators and may be tracked so that a visit can be attributed to us. This does not change what we write about a brand, but you should know the links exist. You are never obliged to use them.

Liability and changes

We are not liable for losses linked to gambling, to a bonus you claimed or to a dispute with an operator. Gambling carries real financial risk, and you should only stake money you can afford to lose.

We may edit these terms and the content of the site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
